Im R.C. Rabbitsfoot. When I can I like to be outdoors. If the distance isnt too long I prefer to walk to my destination, however with my bad knees that can't be too far. I also have Hemophilia and the joint arthritis accompanies that so being active and flexable/ maintaining what flexability I have left is important. I try to be as athletic as possiable, but sometimes joint pain prevents that.
One useful thing I do to stay flexable and healthy is use my car as a locker of sorts when Im at school, My school is very spread out and I get alot of walking in.
So what do you people do?
